2. Accounts, Subscriptions, & Payment Terms
2.1 Subscription Plans
- We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans to access our learning platform.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- Purchasing Options:
- Website: Managed directly through our platform and paid via Stripe or PayPal.
- App Store & Google Play Store: Managed directly by Apple or Google
2.2 Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time:
- Website Subscriptions: Cancel via Account page or by contacting [email protected]
- App Store / Google Play Subscriptions: Must cancel directly through Apple or Google, as we cannot cancel these subscriptions on the user’s behalf.
- After cancelling, users retain access until the end of the current billing period.
- Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions and ensuring they cancel before the next renewal to avoid further charges.
- Failure to cancel before the next renewal date will result in continued charges.
- If a user forgot or was unable to cancel and is charged, they must contact us directly for assistance at [email protected].
2.3 Refund Policy
- Website Purchases (Stripe/PayPal):
- To request a refund, users must contact us at [email protected] with their account details.
- Refunds are available within 30 days of payment.
- If a user requests a refund after 30 days, the payment is non-refundable, but they can still cancel to prevent future charges.
- We reserve the right to offer exceptions in special cases, but we are not obligated to do so. Users may contact us to discuss alternative solutions, such as partial refunds or account credits at our discretion.
- App Store & Google Play Purchases:
- Refunds are handled solely by Apple or Google according to their policies.
- We cannot process or issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play.
- Users must contact Apple or Google support for refund requests.
2.4 Chargebacks & Disputes
- If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a dispute.
- Chargebacks should only be used for fraudulent transactions. If a dispute is raised for a valid and active subscription, or one that was not cancelled before renewal, we may provide evidence to the payment provider to counter the dispute.
2.5 When We May Terminate an Account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of:
- Abuse, harassment, or spamming.
- Unauthorized login sharing (publicly sharing credentials).
- Non-payment (subscriptions end, but account data remains for potential reactivation).
- Long-term inactivity: Accounts may be deleted after extended periods of inactivity, with prior notice.
3. Privacy
- We collect limited personal data and use cookies to ensure platform functionality, such as keeping users logged in as they navigate to different parts of the platform. We also use tracking tools to analyze how users engage with our content, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve our services.
